Thank you for shopping with Shak Distributors. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be unworn or unused.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  • Approved Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages, Issues, and Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us right away if:

  1. The item is defective.

  2. The item is damaged.

  3. You received the wrong item.

This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right for you.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to safety or regulatory reasons:

  • Perishable Goods: Such as food, flowers, or plants.

  • Custom Products: Such as special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care Goods: Such as beauty or personal care products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids, chemicals, or gases.

⚠️ Please Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest and most efficient way to ensure you get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you currently have.

  2. Once the return is accepted, make a separate, new purchase for the desired item.

7. European Union & UK 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As stated above, the item must be in the exact same condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging) with a valid proof of purchase.

8. Refunds Processing Timeline

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please keep in mind that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately at shakfmuk@gmail.com.
